Overview

myOS is built around Life OS — everything that matters to you, organized and connected in one place. You interact with it through a workspace and a personal AI that works alongside you. The system can be extended with integrations, apps, workflows, and more.

Access Layers

Workspace

Where you see and manage everything. A daily dashboard, dedicated pages for each type of resource, side-by-side panels, and views that adapt to how you prefer to work — list, board, calendar, or timeline.

Companion Mobile App

Your Life OS on the go. Quickly capture thoughts, check in on your day, review what's coming up, and talk to your AI — all from your phone. Designed for the moments when you're away from your desk but still want to stay connected to your system.

Personal Intelligence

A proactive AI that knows everything in your Life OS. You can talk to it directly — ask questions, give instructions, or work through complex things together. But it also runs on its own in the background: surfacing insights, spotting what needs attention, and taking action before you have to ask. It learns your preferences and gets more helpful the longer you use it.

Core System

Life OS

The heart of myOS. Life OS holds everything that matters to you — your tasks, projects, goals, notes, and more — and keeps them connected. Instead of jumping between separate apps, everything lives in one place, organized the way your life actually works.

Resources

Everything you put into myOS becomes a resource: tasks, projects, goals, notes, people, books, bookmarks, activities, and measurements. You can link them together, tag them, and search across all of them. They're the building blocks of your Life OS.

Schema

Every resource type has a defined schema — the fields, data types, and constraints that give it structure. A task has a status, due date, and project; a measurement has a value, unit, and source. Schemas are what make resources more than freeform text — they enable structured search, validation, computed metrics, and AI that understands what each field means.

Capabilities

Each resource comes with built-in actions — creating, searching, updating, and more. These are the things you and the AI can do with your data, and they work the same way whether you're clicking through the interface or asking the AI to handle it.

Relationships

Nothing lives in isolation. A task belongs to a project, a project connects to a goal, a note references a person or a book. These connections mean you always see the bigger picture, not just individual items.

Tags

A flexible way to organize across everything. Tag a task, a note, and a bookmark with the same label and find them all in one place. Tags work alongside relationships to give you a personal way to group things that makes sense to you.

Metrics

As you use myOS, the system quietly keeps track of what's happening — how your projects are moving, where you're spending time, how you're progressing toward goals. These metrics give both you and the AI a clear picture of trends and patterns, so the system gets smarter the more you use it.

Extensibility

Integrations

Bring in the tools you already use — Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Gmail, Notion, and more. Your data syncs in automatically, and myOS can take actions in those services on your behalf. One place for everything.

Apps

Need a habit tracker, a reading log, or a dashboard for a specific project? Just describe what you want, and the AI builds it as a small app that lives inside your system and works with your data.

Workflows

Automate the things you do repeatedly. A workflow runs a series of steps for you — on a schedule or when something happens. Syncing data, sending reminders, generating reports, or anything else you'd rather not do by hand every time.

Functions

Teach myOS something new by describing it in plain language. Need to calculate something specific, pull data from a service, or transform information a certain way? The AI turns your description into a reusable action you can use from workflows, apps, or chat.

Prompt Templates

Save instructions you use often so you don't have to repeat yourself. A weekly review format, a coaching conversation style, a research approach — create it once, then use it whenever you need it.
