Reminders

Reminders are time-based nudges that keep you on track. They show up as overlay items in your Day View, so nothing slips through the cracks — even the small stuff.

What You See

The list view shows all your reminders with their status, due time, and completion state. You can filter by upcoming, overdue, or completed. In the Today view, reminders appear as small overlay badges on the Day View timeline, pinned to their scheduled time alongside events and time blocks.

Key Features

Time-Based Reminders

Set reminders for specific dates and times. They appear as overlay items in the Day View so you see them right in the context of your schedule.

Recurring Reminders

Set reminders that repeat on a schedule — daily, weekly, or custom intervals. Great for habits, recurring check-ins, or anything you need to remember regularly.

Day View Overlay

Reminders appear as lightweight overlays on the Today view's time grid, sitting alongside calendar events and time blocks without cluttering the layout.

Connections

Reminders tie into your schedule and task system so nudges always have context. Here's how they connect.

Reminders appear in the Day View alongside calendar events, giving you a unified timeline of commitments and nudges.

Reminders overlay on the same grid as time blocks, so you see nudges in context with your planned routines.

Reminders can be linked to tasks, so a time-based nudge points you directly to the work that needs doing.

Create reminders from the AI chat with natural language. Your assistant can also surface upcoming reminders proactively.

Never forget the little things

Reminders are the safety net for everything that doesn't fit neatly into a task or event. A quick nudge at the right time can make all the difference.
